A "Gospel Link" is available for any web page – (MONTERREY, Mexico, APRIL 4,
2003) Any Web page will be able to offer the Gospel of the day – free and
automatically updated – thanks to a service launched by "Gospel of the Day" (www.dailygospel.org).
By introducing a code line, interested Internet sites can automatically include
the readings of the liturgy and saint of the day, as well as other spiritual
services, according to their language. The new service was presented in six
languages at the continental congress on the Church and Information Technology.
This free service is available in English, French, Spanish, Portuguese, German,
Dutch, Italian, and Arabic. Technical information is available through
contact-am@dailygospel.org.
The E-Ordo, available from Resource Publications (www.RPInet.com) is designed for use with PC or PDA calendars for daily scheduling. For an annual fee of $19.95, subscribers can import the complete liturgical year into most calendar software programs. In addition to the liturgical year calendar, information includes colors, ranks of feasts, readings and alternative readings, and the Psalm cycle for the Liturgy of the Hours. A free demo is also available for download.
An explanation of the liturgical calendar can be found at http://www.easterbrooks.com/personal/calendar/rules.html#top

The U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops has formed a partnership with "1-800-Mass Times" to help publicize the hot line and Web site -- www.masstimes.org -- that lists eucharistic celebrations nationwide. Nearly 22,500 Mass sites are on the database, the Associated Press said. The database lists Mass times by city and language, and indicates whether the site is accessible for people with disabilities.
The Federation of Diocesan Liturgical Commissions has posted helpful information on the Calendar on their FDLC website.
